1. Processing Time
Standard stock items typically ship within 5-8 business days of order confirmation. Custom-made doors and windows require additional production time of 7-17 business days before shipment, as each item is manufactured to your specifications.
2. Shipping Methods
Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are shipped via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 17 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Exact shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Nationwide Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
5. Freight Delivery Details
Freight deliveries are typically curbside. It is the customer's responsibility to have adequate access and manpower to move the item from the delivery point into their property. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.
7. Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
