We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below, as they vary depending on whether your item is a standard stock product or a custom-made order.

1. Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Standard stock items may be returned within 5-8 business days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.

2. Custom-Made Products
Because many of our doors and windows are manufactured to your specific size and configuration, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, depending on the situation.

4. Order Cancellations
Standard stock orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Custom orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins; a cancellation fee may apply.

5. How to Initiate a Return
