Refund & Returns Policy – Door Window Direct
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
1.1 This agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation regarding product and service sales conducted via Door Window Direct (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”). The delivery of purchased products to the specified address is also covered under this agreement.
1.2 The Consumer acknowledges that they have been informed about the essential characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the purchased goods or services. The Consumer agrees to these terms electronically before completing the purchase. The order confirmation email and invoice form an integral part of this agreement.

ARTICLE 2 – DATE OF CONTRACT
2.1 This agreement is effective as of the date the order is placed and confirmed by the Consumer on the WEBSITE. A copy of this agreement will be sent to the Consumer’s email upon purchase completion.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COVERED
3.1 The details of purchased products and services, including pricing and applicable taxes, are displayed at checkout and in the order confirmation email. These details are incorporated into this contract.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY TERMS
4.1 Orders are delivered to the Consumer’s specified address or an alternative recipient within 30 days, securely packaged and accompanied by an invoice. If delivery is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller will notify the Consumer within three (3) days and refund all payments within fourteen (14) days.
4.2 If delivery is rejected by a third-party recipient specified by the Consumer, the Seller holds no liability.
4.3 The Consumer must inspect the package upon delivery and reject damaged items while notifying the carrier. Failure to do so limits the Seller’s liability.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Payments are accepted via credit cards, installment plans, or other available options. Credit sales are subject to financial agreements between the Consumer and the issuing bank. In case of default, a monthly interest rate of 5% will be applied.
ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
6.1 The Consumer confirms they have read and understood all details related to the product or service, including pricing, taxes, and shipping fees, before making the purchase.
6.2 The Seller is responsible for delivering the product as described and ensuring that it meets quality and warranty standards.
6.3 In the event the product becomes unavailable, the Seller may offer an alternative of equal quality and price or issue a full refund.
6.4 Orders are only valid once full payment has been received. If payment is not processed successfully, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the product.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason or incurring a penalty.
7.2 The withdrawal period begins when the last item in a multi-product order is delivered.
7.3 Consumers must notify the Seller in writing via email or another durable medium before returning products.
7.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable or time-sensitive products.
- Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons.
- Items that have been mixed with other goods and cannot be separated.
- Digital goods, software, and services that are non-refundable after access is granted.
7.5 If the Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the Seller must refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return request. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7.6 The Consumer must return the product in its original condition within 10 days of submitting the withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are covered by the Consumer unless otherwise stated.
7.7 If a Consumer refuses delivery, they must return the unopened package via the designated courier without incurring additional fees.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Disputes related to this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Seller’s or Consumer’s location, as per relevant legal provisions.
8.2 The Consumer acknowledges that they have reviewed all the conditions and explanations in this contract and agree to its terms by placing an order.
